Group training sessions

Group Personal Training sessions

Go on, grab some friends and get positive!

If you can’t afford personal training on your own then you may like to consider sharing a trainer with your partner or friend. As long as your goals are similar then we will have a training package for your needs. You can train in groups of two or three but the maximum is four so that we can still provide personal attention.

Personal training for two:

1 hour session
40 minute session
30 minute session


Personal training for three:

1 hour session
40 minute session
39 minute session


Personal training for four or more:
